NMCI Webmail Access
Important notice! So far as we can tell, no NMCI webmail login help desk email account exists to reach out with. You must call the helpdesk and wait for someone to answer your request, or continue reading below to get on with your day!
The below error could pop up when connecting to Webmail:
Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead
Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to webmail.east.nmci.navy.mil. If you visit this site, attackers could try to steal information like your passwords, emails, or credit card details.
So, what can you do about it?
With this error, you can safely bypass it or “accept the risk.” You may receive this error because the Department of Defense “self certifies” .mil websites as clean rather than using a 3rd party. It is not a problem!
Below are the primary locations for accessing NMCI webmail. First try with the closest geographic location. Then try other locations.

- NMCI webmail West (Webmail NMCI west) Login: https://webmail.west.nmci.navy.mil
- Pacific Login: https://webmail.pacom.mil
Still having trouble accessing NMCI OWA (Outlook Web App) from your personal machine? Save twenty minutes holding for an NMCI navy email rep, who’s going to send you to MilitaryCAC.com anyways.
Navigate to MilitaryCAC.com if you’re having trouble accessing OWA email or accessing navy.mil websites. You’ll have to dig around a bit for a solution, but the cure exists there!
Just head over there now and get on with your day!

cannot access webmail through any browser. i have tried all. error received as follows.
“webmail.west.nmci.navy.mil normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Google Chrome tried to connect to webmail.west.nmci.navy.mil this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be webmail.west.nmci.navy.mil, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Google Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.
You cannot visit webmail.west.nmci.navy.mil right now because its certificate has been revoked. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.”
No joke, type “thisisunsafe” when you get that screen and it should pop you through that screen to the login page.
I just got that one and I have noticed that the PIV needs to be aligned with your CAC card
I haven’t been able to access NMCI Webmail since March. I get the following error message: “NET::ERR_CERT_REVOKED”
Same message but now it is March 14, 2022 and the help desk does not respond to quires.
